WHO WE ARE
Built in 2025 under the leadership of LEGACY20 and Cascade Development, LEGACY20 Arena DeForest was designed to provide a state-of-the-art arena for local youth hockey players, including a training facility, NHL quality equipment and to grow the game of hockey in the greater Madison area.
Under the guidance of owners Ryan Suter and Luke Stauffacher, this arena will offer unmatched amenities for players, athletes, spectators and visitors.
LEGACY20 Arena DeForest includes 2 NHL sized (200’x85’) ice sheets. The indoor arena has a capacity of 3,000 and offers a full service bar, 2,000 sq.ft. training facility, 13 locker rooms and two levels of viewing for spectators. The outdoor arena is covered by an open-air roof structure, allowing for hockey to be played throughout the winter months. Both arenas include top of the line refrigeration systems that were installed in 2025.
LEGACY20 Arena will host numerous tournaments, holiday skating parties and other community events throughout the year.
